Forum width, how to adjust to make full screen left to right

I am sure on my test board on IPS Community Suite 4 there was a setting to adjust the forum width (opposed to having the gaps at the left and right of the forum), could somebody point me to the setting in the Admin CP please?

Or you can use custom css.

ACP -> Customization -> Themes -> IPS Default Design (don't know how it is actually named) -> Edit (pen) -> Custom (Tab) -> Fluid width size (in %)
