Downloading files, 10 seconds delay

I have 10 seconds delay option enable for group members, other wards they have to wait for 10 seconds for the file to download.

Reason for posting that there is no inductor that it's counting down. Should be something that is telling the user that there is an clock counting down. Having allot of members keep on clicking the download and nothing happens, then they have like downloaded 10 or so same files

You mean the Time user must wait before download starts group setting?

If so, it shows the time:

It's a countdown.

Yeah, but on my website /theme there is no countdown
