Inviting New Member to conversation gone?

I recently found out that the button to invite new members to a conversation in my forums PM system disappeared? 

Here is where the button used to be to invite people into the conversation 

Is there a setting or is there something broken?

Check the settings for the Group(s) you are in. On the Social sub-tab, Messages section, are the settings to allow invites to PM's, and how many can be invited, "Maximum recipients per conversation". Make sure that's set to a number high enough to meet your needs.
