List of new phrases after upgrade

Hi,

.17 will have a lot of new features and therefore also new phrases. For admins of localized ip boards it's hard to find out the new phrases we need to localize.

Is it possible to get a list of new phrases with every upgarde? This would make it much easier for us to translate new phrases.

I know that this "untranslated phrases" filter already exists but most of the localized ip boards are not fully translated.

There is no need to put any efforts in translating special acp phrases etc. This means activating this filter brings up 143! pages of untranslated phrases although our ip board is fully localized for the normal user.

That's why it would be great to see new phrases of upgrades only.
