Display Topics Sorted by Recency with No Replies

In my old forum software (I've been on IPS for > 1 year now) we had the ability to display all topics that had no replies. It was a great way to engage with new members who might post a topic members are tired of replying to, or just to say "hello," or who we would otherwise want to reply to to show that we're an engaging, busy forum.

Is it possible to display a list of topics (or blog posts, etc.) with "no replies" in IPS 4.1.x? If so, how?

I looked at the Activity Streams and couldn't find a setting for "no replies" or "number of replies."

Use the 'sort by' option at the top of a forum. Custom, sort by replies descending.
