Nobody can register

Hey guys, About a month ago my hosting company locked my VPS and put it in recovery mode, so i had to move the website and sql, it wouldn't let me make the db a .sql file, so i had to take the folder located in /var/lib and re-make the db from those

 

I got the website up last week, Saw lack of registrations and i noticed its giving everybody an error 

Sorry, there is a problem

You are not permitted to register a user account with this site.

Error code: 2S129/1

 

 

I checked to make sure registration is allowed, It is, I checked to make sure the website was online, it is...

Delete all files  Directory 'datastore' and try registration.

Also remove cache (Support - mark ' Something isn't working correctly' and Contnue).

I've done both, still not working, I followed through to the end of the support, it fixed a few tables but still not working

Please refer to your ticket, this is likely an issue with your sites setup/proxy etc.
