Prevent guests from viewing attachments and images?

Does anyone know of a way to prevent guests and members from being able to see attachments and images? I see there are settings to prevent uploads and downloads of attachments, but they don't appear to prevent people from being able to see images that are embedded into posts once they have been uploaded as attachments.

I tried that but it's not blocking images that have been uploaded and then inserted into posts correctly. Basically, it will block the first image, but show any subsequent images.
