Tapatalk/mobiquo/rootdirectory

Hi all,

I am trying to install Tapatalk and am failing miserably.  I need to install the 'mobiquo' folder within the forum root directory but I have no idea where that is?

 

Can anyone help?

First you have to upload the mobiquo folder extracted from the zip file to root folder of your forum, then install it using ACP->Plugins->Install New Plugin

You are welcome. Root folder is where admin,system folders are. After you upload, it should look like the picture below;

i eventually got there.  I needed the password from IPS in order to access the root directory online.

I got questioned as to why I needed FTP access from IPS for installing 3rd party apps. such as Tapatalk.

Seems they don't like giving it out
