So I had to reinstall the forums because I went to install the update, but after entering the database info everything just went white.. So I deleted the folder and decided to reinstall it. Now Im stuck at " An installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one installation only. If you need to change the URL associated with your license, contact IPS technical support. " Do I really have to spend 15$ to reinstall this? If so that's just ridiculous. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no you shouldnt have to.

like is it a fresh install or you trying to use an existing database? if youre trying to use a db you used, you just need to point the conf_global to it.

They replied to my ticket, apparently it was before I changed the dns settings to my new domain, so it was using my ip address instead. Thanks for the help
