Possible To PM or Email Every Forum Member?

I need to issue an important announcement to all my forum users (around 3500 total). How can I email them all, or PM them all at once?

There is a bulk mail tool built in: ACP > Members > Bulk Mail >

If you preferred to PM them, then a third party tool exists to do this:
