Thomas K. Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Users on our community sometimes go to the forum and receive the message that says the forum is upgrading, even though it's not upgrading. They refresh and it's fine. Any ideas on what might cause this?
Mark H Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Are you using any sort of caching engine, or Cloudflare? If so, disable that for testing and see if the issue persists. If it does persist, I'd suggest fling a ticket to support.
Thomas K. Posted May 15, 2016 Author Posted May 15, 2016 Yes, CloudFlare. I'm almost positive the main administrator won't disable it for testing, so we'll either have to live with it or figure it out another way. If it is CloudFlare, do you know what typically solves it?
