Posted May 13, 20168 yr Users on our community sometimes go to the forum and receive the message that says the forum is upgrading, even though it's not upgrading. They refresh and it's fine. Any ideas on what might cause this?
May 13, 20168 yr Are you using any sort of caching engine, or Cloudflare? If so, disable that for testing and see if the issue persists. If it does persist, I'd suggest fling a ticket to support.
May 15, 20168 yr Author Yes, CloudFlare. I'm almost positive the main administrator won't disable it for testing, so we'll either have to live with it or figure it out another way. If it is CloudFlare, do you know what typically solves it?
