Facebook sharing, good looking ?

when you share a news on Facebook (for exemple your Facebook page related to your site) what is look like ?

i see some site get gorgeous sharing, but in my case it's not so fun, there is one part of the site we can modify to get better "sharing look like" for Facebook/google+ etc..

This most likely relates to the description tags, ie: you have meta description for a page but also the prefaced OG tags for social networks.

If the Live Meta Tag Editor was more accessible you'd be able to easily modify these outcomes

Which tags are needed and what should they include ? May be it is a better idea to insert them into the page templates.
