Chat Opening Times - Time Zone

I use opening times for chat which opens at 2pm UK time, I've got a member that can't access the chat in Austrailia as he sees the closed error and that it opens at 00:30.

Any way around this as I don't like to leave the chat open permanently, it's only open for football matches.

Open ACP - Members - Members -> Edit this member in Australia ->    Preferences

Set timezone automatically? - 'No'

Timezone  - Select "London"

Thanks Adlago, does seem odd that the chat checks the users timezone and not the server time
