Need someone to help with forum/skin upgrade, ongoing issues

I'm searching for someone to assist with upgrade of our forum from 3.1 to the most recent, as well as upgrading our existing skin to match and installing our modifications.  In an ideal world, we could develop a long-term relationship where you could assist with future upgrades and on-going issues on an hourly or project basis.
