Remove SideBar in index.html Pages

I can remove the sidebar in Pages only and allow the WYSIWYG editor to go full length of the page. 

The attached is a single column layout.  I wish to remove the container on the right.  In my developer browser it is id="ipsLayout_sidebar"

Sidebar in this type of pages is added / removed only Manage Blocks page.

Thanks for helping me out. I'm still not following. Here is what my details page looks like.

 

If you are referring to the setting being in when I click Open Page Builder, where is it in that screen?

Yep, that's the solution. If there aren't any blocks dragged and dropped, then the sidebar disappears, and will reappear if you try to drag and drop blocks there.
