Database post to thread customization?

Is there any way I could make it so that a link is automatically generated at the top of a forum post that is automatically made by a database which links to the record in the database?

For example on that, it'd link to the page on my Wiki (that's the automatic archive thread).

I’m not sure I understand. That link is already there. You just want to have it at the top of the forum post instead of the bottom?
