Im new to This Webhost
and ive just Received  my Webpage/Host
and im having issues whit it not allowing me anything 
And yes i am new to this 

The only Thing on my page is:

• cgi-bin/

When i Click The cgi.bin i get error  403

It appears you haven't install the software yet. You need to upload the software and go through the install process.

Its OK. It was not my first thought actually either given they are auto installed (so in most cases you'd not 'see' that page) but then I looked at the URL.

@Kyhn Sahl I would suggest you wait a short time (allow about an hour perhaps) then if it is not there please open a ticket in the Client Area to 'Hosting' for assistance with this.
