Where can I modify profile pic size limit?

I cant seem to find this for some reason. Any idea where I can increase the size limit for profile pictures?

I do not see this section in IPB v4.1

This was from 4.1.

ACP → Members → Groups → [The group name] → Edit → Social Tab
