Please allow for Mixcloud auto-embed

I need mixcloud to embed for my music forum.

I've been playing around since assisting on this one yesterday and located the file that controls which sites are supported via oembed - would it be possible to get some ACP control over that list so that people can easily a) disable/remove some sites and b) add other sites in (obviously with a validation of the addition to ensure it does indeed work) so that a file edit wouldn't be needed?
