Problems with upgrading from Standard 25 to Plus 40

Hello. on 30 December I tried to update my plan from Standard 25 to Plus 40. I paid extra 10$ through PayPal, committed payment. Money was sent but plan was not yet updated - the payment is marked as pending in Invoices section.
