Missing notifications (warning received, topic moved/split)

IPS 4 notifies users in many cases, even when his post is liked. But there are no notifications for such important cases like:

1. User receives warning from a moderator
2. User's topic or post was moved/deleted/split e.t.c.

I think, get known that you were warned or why you can't find your topic in a place it was created, is much more important then that your post was liked. Please, add these notification types and make them switched on by default for all users.

P.S. I know about "Users must acknowledge issued warnings before posting again?" option, but it's a different thing.
