Pages - moderate sends weird subject heading

I've got feature plan setup in pages with users with the ability to create their own but these are moderated before shown. The approval email that goes out has a really weird subject heading:

<user> has posted __indefart_content_db_lang_su_5 requiring approval. Where can I clean this up?
