Not sure what the issue is but I received the following error during the upgrade - otherwise things seem to have gone smoothly. We'll see just how well although no other errors. Pretty impressed how quick and seamless it was... at least during the upgrade. :)

Table 'mysite_dbips4.fxcore_view_updates' doesn't exist 
/home/mysite/public_html/applications/core/setup/upg_101019/queries.json - query #2
TRUNCATE `fxcore_view_updates`
