Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications By Matt Monday at 02:04 PM
Joey_M Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Hello, I'd like to remove the number of views my articles get from the front end of my site, currently, they only show within the 'category template'. Yet, I am hopeful someone like @Adriano Faria may be able to help with returning the view total back to the database side - as it was within the 3.4 version of IP.Content. How would I remove the line of code which display the views within the category template? (I am using 4.1)
Adriano Faria Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 This ? I would do it as a plugin, but due to that, it's not possible. Not even a template edit is possible, since it also doesn't appear on Customizations. I managed to do it: But you will need to upload the Dev Tools, edit the .phtml, save, upload and rebuild the Pages app. Not sure it's a good idea if you're not used to it.
