Only members can view forum? How?

Are there any way to make private forum with IPS? So only members / registered members can view topics, members etc?

Of course. It’s handled through the member groups, so for example, you remove functionalities for guests, but have them active for your default member group or any other specific member group.

Thanks! I just unchecked for "Guests" the read functionality, which is what I would want to do to prevent people from reading the forums, correct? This particular forum would be private and only available for developer's and tester's for an indie game under production. 

However, how do I prevent people from registering and keep it where we only manually approve people to join the private forums?

You manually approve people for a certain membergroup which gets access to the closed forums in constrast to the regular membergroup.
