Silly question: how to rename a Topic?

I know this may sound very n00b but being new with IPB and just converted... I just can't find this option nowhere. 
Also strange, that Googling didn't get any results

If you do have in mind topic title moderation by staff on your forum than you can also click on the topic title in forum view and hold down the mouse button. I'm unable to test it on a 4.1 installation right now but it works in version 4.0.
