help in fixing this error

I am getting this error :

[[Template core/front/global/utilitiesMenu does not exist. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]]

but I cant find utilitiesMenu to fix it !

Open Customiztion - Themes - > Edit HTML your theme.You need to upgrade Global template.
Follow the screen and scroll down -> you will see a code change.
From left are new code - have to do editing on the right.

What does not work?
You did you edit Global template?

I did save it - nothing happened

so I saved it again the way you showed, copy pasted it and it worked.
