Disable personal message

Hi all,

i'm searching how to disable personal message. I'm using only ip.pages and don't need to use the pm system.

now in version 3.x you can disable user groups but in version 4.x I can't find it.

Good evening,

In Members, edit the member that you want to disable the personal messenger and then go to the Restrictions tab> Restrictions> "Can send and receive messages?".
Then select from the dropdown list: "No, and member can not re-enable."
