Increasing Thread Title Character Length in Last Post Section

Can someone please tell me how to increase the character length of the thread title in the Last Post section?

As seen in this image.

Since it already drops the title down to a second line, I would like to show more of the title.

A CSS magician won't help - the text displayed in the a tag is:

So a template change (which is where the truncation is being performed) is needed. Someone with a bit more knowledge can confirm if I'm right here:

1. Edit theme -> templates
2. Forums -> Index -> forumRow
3. Locate {truncate="$lastPost['topic_title']" length="30"}
4. Change the 30
