TSP Posted September 19, 2015 Share Posted September 19, 2015 I believe you'll have to start a support ticket about this. The converter tools are not yet ready for IPS 4, so what you would have to do right now is to convert it to IPS 3.4 first, and then upgrade to IPS 4. But if you're on the cloud solution, then I'm quite sure you wont be able to do this yourself. @Charles said recently he hopes converters for IPS 4 to be ready (not sure if he meant beta or considered final) in 3-4 weeks.
