Captcha issues

I am having issues with captchas.
It even appears when I set Captchas to None.

The error log fills hundreds of entries per minute with the error:

#4S262/1   The CAPTCHA settings are invalid.

I'd suggest filing a ticket to support, and they'll be glad to assist with that issue.

I was able to fix this problem by going into Admin Cp > Members > Spam Prevention > and selecting a CAPTCHA type. I'm assuming the issue came from not having a captcha type (which is probably an error on it's own, but since I wanted captcha anyway, this worked for me).
