Unable to change any theme settings: "Something went wrong"

Anyone know how to fix this?

I also can't delete my logo, it keeps getting replaced with a file thats 0 bytes

I also can't even download my theme so something has corrupted after synchronization from leaving designers mode?

Sorry I didn't have enough patience for it.

I created a new theme, then accessed the database directly and changed all the *_set_id's over.

So that eliminates the issue from being a database problem.
