Long server response

I don't why my forum pro-ucheba.com were so slow... My server time response is about 2000 ms! But, the same forum on the same hosting online-ege.com is about 50-60 ms! (duplicate all same files and database from pro-ucheba.com, sorry IPS for this, it's for testing, and you are didn't help me with that problem...) 

I don't understand why such difference between similar sites...

What Yandex report is probably because local internet traffic.

I get a 50ms response time from that url, how are  you measuring this yourself?

You edited your post with more info, you said response time, I tested your server response time only, which was 50ms, see the post above for more info, Adlago has more info and test results for you.
