Posted August 10, 20159 yr Hello, I opened up two tickets on the 7th August and had no response from either so far despite updating them asking if it is being looked at. This has made me very unhappy from what is usually a good service provided. Regards,Declan
August 10, 20159 yr The response time is up to 48 hrs in business day. Weekend they probably only pick urgent tickets.
August 10, 20159 yr Author That would make sense, thank you. Never had to wait nearly 3 days before even at weekends though.
