[4.0.12.1] Not able to edit a member group

Hello,

I have a problem with editing one member group on my board.

When I click "Save", nothing happens. I checked the Chrome console, and there is this error:

• An invalid form control with name='group_username[3]' is not focusable.

 

I posted support ticket, but no one answered for 2 days.

When I ran the query, the problem disappeared. When I change a single setting to the group, the next time the problem exist again.
