Language: topic_title_desc

Using the translation tool "View word keys?" I have found that the system is prepared to show a description text under Topic Title:

I would like to add a text to this language key.

But in the "AdminCP > Customization > Languages" I cannot find any entry for topic_title_desc, even under the default English translation.

How to add it? Thanks!
