Everything was fine, and we just turned of the Designer mode, and then we cant see the forum anymore, only a white page !

We still have a normal access to the admin cp, but no longer to the forum !

What's happening ?

I had that once, and there was extra index.html in out forum folder. But blank page usually means PHP error. See server logs-

Where was that index.html exactly ?

We just desactivated the Designer mode nothing more, and now we cant reactivate it ! it says it cant write in /html/ folder...

It was root folder. but i dont think you got that. Sounds like chmod issue?

I checked : 777 everywhere...

When turning of the designer mode, it exports the theme to the database if im right

Frequently you can view the source of the page also and it may show you any errors (or at least XenForo does - just started using IPS so not sure if it does).

If VPS/Dedi, what OS are you using?

What HTTP server (nginx, Apache, or LiteSpeed/OpenLiteSpeed)?
