Currently you can use html for target=_blank to open new tab. I will update an option top open new tab/win for uploaded image in next version asap.

August 6, 20186 yr hmm, it turns out no advert actually shows at all. I created a new advert and still the same. I have been running this advert for months but seems the update has broken it.
