Nathan Explosion Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Hello, can i somehow enable wordcount on the editor? I tried with a wordcount editor from the ckeditor website and it failed..Thanks!What one did you try? (Saves people posting the same one)Also, what do you mean by "it failed"?
LinkMania Posted June 28, 2015 Author Posted June 28, 2015 http://w8tcha.github.io/CKEditor-WordCount-Plugin/ this seems to work fine. When uploading it says: 1C120/9 The plugin does not appear to be valid. Make sure that you have uploaded the plugin exactly as you downloaded it. Tried again with uncompressing and uploading the compressed subfolder and it says: We have detected that the following 2 plugins are required, but are not installed. You will need to obtain these plugins from the CKEditor website and install them as well.htmlwriter, notification Isnt htmlwriter already included in IPS4 bundled ckeditor?
LinkMania Posted June 29, 2015 Author Posted June 29, 2015 Where can i find that notification plugin?
Nathan Explosion Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Where can i find that notification plugin? http://ckeditor.com/addon/notificationUnfortunately restricted access - they may have hidden it because I believe they are planning on integrating it directly into the 4.5.0 release of ckeditor
BB Themes Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 If the plugins no work, you could always use jqery and counter it that way
