Does anyone know how I can add another file type to the upload system? I can't find the setting anywhere.
@Lindy @Charles Sorry to both you guys, I know you'll be busy. I was wondering if there was a way for me to upload an .svg file via the attachment system? There doesn't seem to be a setting that allows you to add alternative file types.
By default there are no restrictions on what you can upload. Unless you changed that setting it should allow anything.
Thank you. This prompted me to check the upload form specific to Pages, and it does indeed have an option to select images or any file type. Perhaps in future, though, add .svg as an image type.
Charles, it appears that I cannot upload .svg as a pip image. I don't believe there is a setting to allow me to do so. I have checked and I am positive I've not edited a setting on this occasion. Think it is an oversight for it not to be included; .svg is both an image type and the best option for a responsive theme.
Worth noting: I managed to upload an .svg via Pages (after making sure there were no restrictions to the upload form). However, the image doesn't display because the link is broken. This only happens with .svg, the .png/.jpg images work fine.
