Return URL After Puchase through Commerce

I see that with the replacement of Nexus with Commerce the Paypal settings have changed as well.

I created the app to accept payments and that all works, but Paypal is asking where do they send the user after they take the payment?  What's the return URL for Commerce?

I am wondering about this as well.  The online documentation for commerce seems to be non-existent.

I created a thanks page using Pages and used that URL on the PayPal side, but I've never seen it be used for anything. PayPal is working so maybe you can use any URL in that field?
