pageHeader Outside of HTML|RAW

I love drag and drop widgets in IPB 4.

Unless I have missed something, {$html|raw} in globalTemplate is made up of several templates, and not a template container.  The template pageHeader makes up part of the {$html|raw}.  I would have preferred it on the outside and in the globalTemplate instead.  From a design perspective, there's more flexibility that way.  Maybe something like this under the breadcrumbs:

{template="pageHeader" group="global" app="core" params="header"}

In the current state I can move pageHeader codes into globalTemplates, but it doesn't function as expected.  Like the {$title} comes out like "Title - Site Name" instead of "Title".  I'm not complaining at all.  Again I just would have preferred pageHeader outside of {$html|raw}.
