Philip Pieri Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 Hello I took a little time off working on my forum and I have come back to find I have lost my username and password for my sites IPS Community Admin login. Could someone please point me in the right direction to resolve this, thanks

If you have no way to re-gain access to your site that is the only way IPS could help get your access restored (because by using the Client Center you can prove you are the license holder that should have access).

steve00 Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 If referring to your own board have you tried the 'lost password' link when you click the 'Sign In' link ??

Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 @Philip Pieri upload this to your IPS root install, browse to it in your browser, enter your username and a new password and click on change password.Delete it immediately after you have done so from your server as anyone can use it, it doesn't have any styling since it is only meant to be a fast solution.
