CrossyEU Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 I think that it would be a really good idea for the chat rooms to have a feature where certain groups or admins could have the ability to call a custom message by using a keyword. For example, if the chat was used as a support service by a company and 1/2 people who came in were asking the same question, you could pre-program a command such as !upgrade which would then either be converted to a custom message which an admin had pre-set or there would be a robot user (such as night-bot on twitch.tv) which would then post a response to the command.
