Creating a seperate READ only section

I'd like to create a button called Tutorials in the navigation panel. This button would open up a separate area from the forums where categories can be created that can hold Tutorials. These is no option other than reading, so tracking views would be all that is needed (any mention of replies should be disabled).

Is this possible in 4.x?

I know this sounds like the Tutorial module that is available for 3.x but who knows if that module will be available, and it looks like it 4.0 should be able to create something this simple?

You probably just want IP.Pages, which will allow you to create articles that can be read / categorized

I originally bought IP.Content based on a recommendation from the support site. It was very apparent that they should never have suggested this to someone new. I know they have revamped IP.Content into something else, and I'm thinking it should be easier to use?

The article creation has always been pretty easy.  Its when you want to start doing fancy stuff like custom pages or custom templates that the learning curve increases.
