Missing 3.4.7 Core Features in 4.0, will these be returning?

As the titles suggests, will missing 3.4.7 core features be returning in 4.0? Examples of these are as follows.

• Editor scrolling / following page - as it is in 4.0 RC3 you cannot edit/format a topic easily, it involves scrolling up the page, selecting the a word/letter if it needs bolded, underlined, coloured, spoilered & repeating throughout the post before submitting or submitting and seeing that it doesn't quite work and having to edit the post.
• Post preview - such a useful function
• Status update replies - within the block and not on the members profile page
• Topic title edits - from the topic lists, rather than having to access the topic and edit the titles
• Topic title length restrictions - from within the ACP, i.e. enabled or disabled and if enabled what the lngth restriction is

• ​I'm not sure what you mean here. Isn't that how all editors everywhere work?
• The editor is a WYSIWYG editor. There is no need for a "preview" since what you are typing in the box is what you get when you press submit.
• The widget doesn't support replies at this time - we are looking into that.
• We will probably add that at some point but you can easily click "edit" on the first post in the topic to edit the title so this shortcut is not really that high priority at this moment.
• There is a separate discussion going on about this.

Where possible please avoid make-a-list topics like this. They are easily overlooked
