Have you tried deleting your browsers cache?

Was this an upgrade or a fresh install maybe something went haywire.

sorry for the vague response I had a similar issue and clearing my browsers cache fixed it for me.

Cache clean, upgrade from 3.4 to 4.0, 2 days ago all ok and now i have this problem...bha
