almax Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 When creating a support ticket I would love to see the option of searching by First and last name. This is, I feel, an important feature for situations where you have a customer call in and they give you a first and last name and you want to ticket the telephone support request. Right now there is just the option to search by display name (member) and email address. But yet when you go to customers it is one of the first things it lists customers by.
