Manually runing cron not working

Hello,

If I manually run the background tasks from the admin panel it just flashes, it looks like it can't start.  I left it flashing for 9-10hrs no joy.

Please run them manually. If you require assistance with any errors shown please contact technical support.

At the top of the dashboard view
